For our customer service department we are looking for a (native) english speaker.
You will act as a customer service employee, interacting with clients, handling leads etc. A lot of the work will be handled by phone (70%) and you will be assisted by the secretarial and administrative department. We have developed a unique service that allows for interesting discussion and interaction with the market and our client.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Enrich and qualify the client information
- Detect needs of the prospects/clients (no sales/ no script) over the phone
- Organise / plan appointments for salespersons of our client
- Follow up communication / leads / actions etc
- Awareness of competitor development in the market
- Conduct satisfaction surveys

As our market is business to business we do not work in the evening.
We are flexible and offer jobs of 40 hours, but part time 20+ hours is also possible.
